Victoria was for many years Curator of the Hastings Museum and was until recently the Administrative Director of Great Dixter House and Gardens.
She has been involved in heritage education, project management and fundraising throughout her career and has worked in both public and charity sectors. She has understanding of dyslexia and boarding through her own experience as a parent.

Graham is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years professional experience, mainly in the City of London.

Jonathan Watts (Education)
Jonathan studied Modern History at The Queen’s College Oxford and undertook research work in Medieval Art at the University of York. He taught history at leading UK independent schools for nearly 40 years, beginning his career at Manchester Grammar School in the 1970s. In 1988 he was appointed Head of History and Politics at Benenden School, where he became the school’s first male housemistress and was the Oxbridge Coordinator and Scholars’ Mentor; he was closely involved in the recruitment of students from Hong Kong and China and was a GCSE and A-level examiner for OCR and Edexcel. Since retirement from Benenden in 2012, he has worked with the New College of the Humanities in London, and has been a consultant and tutor with ARCH Education in Hong Kong and other consultancies, as well as working for RS Academics. He has in the past been a governor at Orwell Park School, Princess Helena College and Marlborough House School and serves at present on the Boards of Battle Abbey School and Frewen College. He continues to pursue his enthusiasm for music, the theatre, the visual arts and travelling.
